Everything was exceptional and the rooms were big and well-stocked. Liked our rooms with a mountain view. The hotel was in a favourable location right by a great, iconic BBQ restaurant and the airport and the hill. It also was near everything great staff.
Some people working there were super rude.

Staff were hard to find, always seemed to be in a back room,breakfast was good but often ran out and meant lengthy delays. Location of driveway is hard to find and get into.Need a car to access any restaurants

The Bed was comfortable and the TV was nice with surround sounds.
The tiolet seat was broken, the coach was nasty, the swimming pool was filthy green nasty they could have done better than that.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay
The hospitality staff was good. Make sure to check the AC unit upon arrival! The vending machines stocked late-night snacks, a nice touch. Enjoyed a quiet breakfast despite the food not being replenished.

Location and access to highway #20 was excellent
This is an old building for the room price. Bathrooms need upgraded. Internet access was not working.

The room was spacious and colorful. I loved the delicious waffles at breakfast. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying a cozy night in. Just be aware that the room could have used a bit more cleaning, but overall it was a pleasant experience 😊

The cleanliness of the room was a big plus. It was ideal having parking right outside. Everyone felt comfortable and we could easily recharge for our adventures.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could have been better for a family. It would be great to have more variety, especially for the kids.

Birmingham's culinary scene is fire! The locally caught fish was a delight, and I found a hidden gem around the corner serving the best soul food. The bed in my King Room was super comfy.
Breakfast seemed like a letdown-yogurt and an empty waffle maker? Plus, the ice machine was broken.
